Cation exchange columns for separation of group II cations (Mg2+, Ca2+, Sr2+).
- Rapid separation of cations of the second group.
- Low hydraulic resistance.
Aquiline C2 ion chromatography columns are filled with a specific cation-exchange sorbent based on silica gel bonded sulfo and diol groups with a grain size of 10 microns.
The principle of operation of the column is based on the process of multiple sorption-desorption of the analyzed ions on the surface and in the pores of the cation-exchange sorbent.
With its low hydraulic resistance and short separation time, Aquiline C2 columns are optimal for analyzing group II cations (including strontium cations) in a single-column ion chromatography mode.
Columns with a size of 50x4.6 mm are available in a polymer case (PEEK) with standard fittings 10-32. The size of guard column cartridge - 3x8 mm.
